About the Company
Envirotest Wisconsin LLC., a subsidiary of Environmental Systems Products (ESP), operates the Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program under contract to the State of Wisconsin.  Envirotest Wisconsin has performed vehicle emission inspections for the State of Wisconsin since the vehicle inspection program began in 1984. 

Headquartered in East Granby, Connecticut,  ESP has focused on one goal - providing the vehicle inspection and maintenance industry with state-of-the-art equipment and solutions for vehicle emissions programs throughout the world.  Since 1982, ESP has performed over 200 million tests at our state program facilities and implemented every type of vehicle emission test available.  ESP offers 15 types of tests that state programs can choose from for their program specifications.  We have been instrumental in the design and specification development of the equipment that performs the tests. 

Envirotest Wisconsin has nine inspection facilities throughout southeastern Wisconsin that provide vehicle emission inspections.
